01Who we are

Infera is an independent technology company based in Athens, Greece. For this website, Infera is the data controller. You can reach us at contact@infera.gr.

This policy covers infera.gr only. Each of our products (Salon Director, Dradera, InstaSites) has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product.

02What we collect

We collect as little as possible:

• Information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address and message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs.
• Your timezone, read by your own browser to show local time on screen. It is never sent to us or stored.

03Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, to keep the website secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decisions.

04Legal basis

Under the GDPR we rely on your consent (when you contact us), our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and compliance with legal obligations where they apply.

05Who we share it with

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the website (such as hosting and email), under contracts that protect your data, or with authorities when the law requires it.

06International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, we rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and server logs for a limited period, unless the law requires longer.

10Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
